Terms and Conditions for Advertising
The proprietors of the TotallyJewishTravel.com reserve the right to make any alteration deemed necessary to conform to the style and standards of the TotallyJewishTravel.com website and do not guarantee the insertion of any particular advertisement on a specified date or at all, although every effort will be made to meet the wishes of advertisers.
Further they do not accept liability for any loss or damage caused by an error or inaccuracy in the publication of an advertisement or its omission
No re-publication or refunds will be offered in the case of minor errors or alterations which do not affect the value of the advertisement. In the event of major errors, or TotallyJewishTravel.com's failure to adhere to an advertiser's guidelines, and where such errors have not been rectified within 48 hours of such errors being brought to the attention of TotallyJewishTravel.com, a repeat publication of the advertisement will be offered for an additional 30 days.
Intellectual Property:
It is the responsibility of all advertisers to ensure that all images supplied to TotallyJewishTravel.com for use on Adverts and/or Feature Pages, are free of copyright OR have permission to be used.
If TotallyJewishTravel.com receives a copyright infringement notice and is required to pay damages for the use of copyrighted images on page, advert or a photo supplied by an advertiser then the advertiser will need to handle this notice and/or claim directly and the advertiser will be liable in full for all and any damages that are liable to be paid should this arise. If TotallyJewishTravel.com or TotallyJewishTravel Inc is required to pay any damages, then the advertiser who supplied the images will be required to reimburse TotallyJewishTravel in full within 7 days for this same amount.
For the avoidance of any doubt:
All images provided to TJT for use by the client, must either be license free or with permission of the licence holder.
If Totally Jewish Travel Inc is fined for using a licensed image provided by you, we will charge you for the fine and any associated fees, using the payment method provided below.
It is the responsibility of the advertisers to provide the proof of licence to Totally.
By signing an advertising booking form and /or placing an advert on TotallyJewishTravel.com the advertiser agrees to these terms.
Advertising contract
The advertising contract is only valid once TotallyJewishTravel.com has received a completed and signed booking form and the first monthly payment paid in advance has been received.
Please note: Any hand written amendments to the booking form will be considered null and void.
When signing a booking form it is the PRINTED Provided Services (Creative Type), Dates, Amount and Schedule that you are confirming and agreeing to.
TJT will not recognize any handwritten changes or amendments to either Services, Payment Amounts or Payment Dates as having a binding effect.
Extension: It is agreed that extensions to a signed booking form can be made in writing by email and that any extensions made in writing by email cannot be disputed
Cancellations: 30 days notice to cancel advertising must be given in writing by email to sales@totallyjewishtravel.com and any refunds offered are soley at the discretion of TotallyJewishTravel.com

Email Mailshots:
Email
copy must be sent to us in an HTML format with all images hosted on the advertiser's server or in a PDF format or JPeg format. Please ensure that email copy is sent to us 7 days prior to the sending date. Where possible TotallyJewishTravel.com will endevour to send a test email for approval to the advertiser. However if this cannot be done for operational reasons the email will be sent to the TotallyJewishTravel.com database without approval and TotallyJewishTravel.com will not be held reponsible for any errors or omissions, and no repeat email shall be offered. Emails must be used within the dates specified on the advertising booking form. No credit shall be given for emails not used or not sent. Emails cannot be "rolled over" to another advertising period.
A signed order for an advertisement shall amount to an acceptance of the above conditions.
Specifications and guidelines for mail-outs design ('Mail blasts'/'shots')
Copy for mail outs can be an image or an html file:
Image:
Image can be Jpeg or PDF and can be linked to a web address or an email address
Html:
We must get a standalone html file, designed & built for 3rd party email services, This means:
A. It cannot use a style-sheet; either by linking to css file or styles tag
B. In-lined styles only
C. Hosted images
D. Responsive HTML (HTML5) is recommended for best appearance on most devices (desktop, tablets, phones etc.)
In case the client cannot provide the copy in the requested above format - we will try to work with the provided copy, however:
A. The copy needs to have an option to view it on-line, in a browser (normaly a link for viewing it online)
B. We cannot guarantee the result.
