Rabbi Alan Kimche is Rabbi Emeritus of Ner Yisrael Synagogue, London UK. He has been a Rabbi and senior lecturer for over thirty years. In his yeshiva years in Yerushalayim, he learnt under the guidance of HaGaon R. Shlomo Zalman Auerbach zt”l, HaGaon R. Chaim Shmulevitz zt”l and with Rav Yehoshua Neuwirth zt’’l. After receiving his Semicha, he moved to London and became the Rav of a new shul, Ner Yisrael. Today Ner Yisrael is one of the most thriving modern orthodox communities in the UK.
Rebbetzen Via Kimche, originally from Amsterdam, has been an educator and counsellor for the last thirty years. After learning in both Beis Yaakov and Michlala seminaries, she moved to London with Rabbi Kimche and dedicated herself to building the community. Rebbetzen Kimche is a childbirth educator, a kallah teacher, and is also a parenting expert.
Rabbi Shmuel Brazil is Rosh HaYeshiva of Yeshivas Zeev HaTorah. Rabbi Brazil commands the yeshiva with his acute Torah acumen built over 35 years of teaching Torah in Yeshiva Shor Yoshuv and its surrounding communities. Following in the footsteps of his beloved Rosh Yeshiva Rav Shlomo Freifeld Ztz’l, Rav Brazil nurtures his talmidim’s growth with his characteristic warmth, sensitivity and enthusiasm.
Yonoson Rosenblum - a Chicago native, Rosenblum has lived in Israel since 1979. Since 1989, he has been a columnist in nearly every major Anglo-Orthodox publication, including at present a featured columnist for Mishpacha Magazine. His Jerusalem Post column from 1997-2017 was for years the only regular column by a chareidi writer in the mainstream Israeli press. He has also written for Ma’ariv, Commentary, Moment, and the Jewish Week.
Rabbi Abba Wagensberg, a close Talmid of Harav HaGaon Rav Chaim Pinchas Sheinberg, ZT”L, received his rabbinical ordination from HaRav Yitzchak Kolitz, ZT”L, former Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem. Rabbi Wagensberg serves as the Rabbi Emeritus of the Etz Chaim Center Synagogue of Center City, Philadelphia. Currently, Rabbi Wagensberg is a sought-after lecturer in a variety of institutions in Israel and abroad. His exuberant nature makes his classes exciting and popular. Rabbi Wagensberg is the author of Inspiring Change (about self growth) and A Shot of Torah (a collection of shorter divrei Torah on the Parsha and holidays), as well as weekly Torah articles sent out via email to thousands of people. He has created a Torah audio and video library. He can also be heard weekly on the Lakewood radio station, Kol Berama 107.9 FM.
